Pituitary gland:“The master endocrine gland, attached by a stalk to the base of the brain. Its two lobes secrete hormones affecting development of the sex glands.”
Well I’ll be. This answers all the questions about my thought patterns as a young teenager. A gland with a stalk, with two lobe type attachments attached directly to my brain that gave off hormones and increased my sex glands. So I'm normal after all.
