WHY THE ALP PRESIDENT PLED GUILTY

Larry Pickering

Charges against the HSU National Secretary and former ALP President, Michael Williamson involved $20 million defrauded from the HSU (East) branch. But the fraudster pled guilty to an amount of only $1 million. Now why would that be?

Williamson, who has a cell phone super-glued to his ear, was gone anyway, and the penalty for stealing a sheep is not that dissimilar to stealing a lamb.

Prosecutors did a deal with Williamson’s counsel who bargained the amount down to a mere five percent of the amount stolen.

It was a win/win for Williamson and Labor as now there is no prosecution to unveil the depths of the filthy links between the two.

Williamson will serve time, he would have anyway, it was an open and shut case but now Labor and its union masters have been spared the public show of a prosecution process that would have unearthed the endemic fraud Labor has promoted and protected within its union base.

But the tactic will prove misplaced... at the time Williamson pled guilty there was no talk of a Royal Commission into unions, there is now!

Craig Thomson’s HSU hookers are small fish compared to Labor's numerous great white sharks.

Labor says our debt is not big, $667 Billion in one hundred dollar notes stacked on top of each other is 93,000 kilometres high. Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars.

Remember a few short years ago we "gave " the EU $8 billion....how is that travelling....can we now get it back to bail out Holden, Ford and QANTAS?

Chris K , I learned at school the same as you did, all verbs' tense, present, past, and past participle were part of the curriculum and analysis, synthesis and parsing were all integral parts to be taught. I agree with you and with or .

Because of the nature of the offense committed against a large number of lower income people, the Judge should start with the maximum penalty then start deducting off small amounts for each mitigating circumstance.

JB>>> I don't think you are too far wrong on that one!

I suspect a lot of the speech defective Laborites learned to speak in the remand yards of Pentridge in years gone by. Either there or in Boggo Road or the Bay!

mishka>>>> Hahahahaha, You certainly have the LABOR language down to a TEE mishka , I am sure they do not listen to themselves but even if they did, would they be bright enough to correct themselves for future occasions??? No, I am sure they wouldn't, You only have to watch QT to see that they do not learn by mistakes even when it is pointed out to them in Black and White, they are hopeless. A speech impediment is a sad serious thing and thank God I do not have such an infliction, I will say, I can speak to my friend who has a bad stutter very well by not trying to say the word he is having problems with and by doing this he relaxes and his speech becomes more fluid.

mishka>>> I have just read my previous post and obviously I did not proof read it at all, I have cut and pasted and corrected although I am sure you understood what I was trying to explain...... "Caller replies CAN I SPEAK TO (wife's name) My reply is "No doubt you can speak to her, you are speaking to me, (stunned silence) Oh you mean May you speak to (wife's name) Picky I know but correct I think, 2nd . In a shop or café and employee appears on seen (reluctantly) and declaring "are ewes right" to which I reply "Yes the last I looked in the paddock the Ewes were doing fine thankyou" (again stunned silence) and 3rd my old favourite I am getting ORF the bus the dog got ORF the chain."

I think 'pled' sounds pretty good at this stage, as long as he pled guillty...hopefully to more than $1 million though!

Dear Chris K - did you mean Labor Party persons seem to be 'afflicted' with speech impediments? If so, my sentiments exactly, as I expressed to my darling daughter who thinks they all have an impediment, and not necessarily related to speech! Although wiv (with), fort (thought), fink (think), fing or nuffink (thing or nothing) etc. are outstanding. Our son had a slight lisp and it was fixed up in no time at the age of five with a few 'games' with a speech pathologist...not taking action early is laziness or denial. Let's have Australians speaking 'real proper', especially those in high places for goodness sake.

oh and mishka>>> I guess I am just getting too old and becoming a picky , grumpy old man hahaha

Oh >>>> Thanks English can be a very complicated language, some words can be used and spelt the same but used to mean entirely different things. mishka>>>There are many words in the English language that are just murdered with modern slang, Three pet hates for me, Phone rings, I answer with usual greeting ... Caller replies CANI SPEAK TO (wife's name) My reply is "No doubt you can speak tho her you are speaking to me , (stunned silence) Oh you mean Many you speak to (wife's name) Picky I know but correct I think, 2nd .I a shop or café and employee appears on seen (reluctantly) and declaring "are ewes right" to which I reply "Yes the last I looked in the paddock the Ewes were doing fine thankyou" (again stunned silence) and 3rd my old favourite I am getting ORF the bus the dog got ORF .

TW..We don't owe money to foreign countries or foreign companies....we owe it to international bankers.....therein lies the root cause of the problem.....our history is one of sovereign nations going bankrupt to keep banks solvent ...it should be the other way around......also...we did not have depressions and recessions prior to organised banks.....give it some thought....JF

I think I had to do parsing and analysis AND spelling in primary school but my children have never heard of subjects and objects of verbs. Oh really - isn't the 'me' in your example above objective case governed by the preposition 'for'? Pet turnoff is 'yous'.

out now for 5-6 hours so hope to hear from you this afternoon

JB>>>. The words to the song from West Side Story I have posted in the next story says it all have a read I thing you will have a laugh, let me know, its over 3-4 threads

luv it!

yes Brian - we trust the inquiry will bring it all about starting right back at Whitlam!

It's to do with their lower socio-economic background and upbringing. Most are just plain bogan stupid!!

JB>>> Very Very sad when people are inflicted with a speech impediment I have a friend sadly with problems. but it appears that many of the labor party have this infliction, WHY? I am sure there are those in the LNP as well but not so prevalent.
