TURNBULL NOW TERMINAL

Larry Pickering

Four-time Walkley Award winning political commentator and Churchill Fellow, has returned to the fray over concern that the integrity of news dissemination is continually being threatened by a partisan media.

BLOG / FACEBOOK

His social experiment has failed on every front. His personality is toxic. He has urinated on every smidgen of what the Liberal Party once stood for. And those who have supported him should be the only attendees at his funeral, and in separate caskets.

Numbers are right now being counted.

Forget the thirty losing polls excuse he gave for knifing Abbott… no sane politician would ever put himself in that precarious position when he didn’t need to. But that is the essence of Turnbull... bloody stupid!

He is divested of any semblance of loyalty to anyone. Put simply, the bloke is incurable… he is no good. Proof positive is that he is now within two points of Shorten’s permanently prostrate appeal and within two losing polls of the 30 he said he needed to knife Abbott.

This is the end for Turnbull now that Abbott has thrown disinterest plans out the window. Abbott is the Parliament's best fighter and Turnbull is due to become the Parliament's worst loser.

And let's be fair, Abbott gave him every opportunity to succeed.

Anyway Australians deserve better than either leader, as the other needs serious counselling for an addiction to sex and union criminality, while this one is besotted with a pretence of power that knows no ethical limits.

No backslapping here... an incandescent hatred now boils between the two.

A flawed personality can be camouflaged with good leadership, as it was with Hawke, but there is no refuge in leadership for Turnbull. He has no political skill, no political judgment and no integrity.

He has very few new friends and no old ones.

The ABC’s Barrie Cassidy said in 2015, “Under Turnbull the Coalition would be almost unbeatable”, which explains why the ABC is exhaustedly bankrupt of rational political opinion.

If the Liberal Party is to survive the next election, not win it, but come out the other side with enough fragmented furniture to start again, then Turnbull needs to resign now. Of course he won’t do that, he doesn’t have the moral decency of John Gorton, so the Party must move against him.

It takes only one Party member to call for a spill, and Turnbull can only rely on those who owe their very existence to him… a coterie of two, namely the Leader of the House, the extremely expensive, Christopher Pyne and Turnbull's expensively treacherous deputy, Julie Bishop. Yes the coup de grace came for Barnaby with a dodgy bum-pinching accusation of sexual harassment from her home State of WA.

Morrison, Frydenberg, Cormann, Hunt and a handful of junior Ministers are excreting bricks over potential divorces as a result of their pay packets being halved in Opposition. All are swingers (politically speaking).

But Abetz, Abbott, Andrews and Dutton are leading a growing band of discontents able to tip the scales against Turnbull this time. With Molan and Hastie in the wings the numbers are already there to topple him… so surely it must happen now, or death’s door awaits the entire Party.

And if moral support is needed there are always the NATS who have made clear what they think of the odious Turnbull as a partner.

Only after Turnbull is gone can the Paris Accord be scrapped to save Australians dying from the cold and heat the well-paid communists justify by killing our coal.

Only then can the insanity of the global warming/climate change hoax and its catastrophic international and domestic repercussions be put to bed.

If my appeal to all decent Libs falls on deaf ears, then I appeal to their wives:

Think of the private school costs, the payments on the new car, the plans for a holiday house, that new carpet. Think how the neighbours will gossip over his (and your) demise. Don't feed him, withhold sex, whatever it takes, but make him see sense.

Screw the 30 polls… when a Liberal leader becomes equal to the appeal of the despicable Shorten,

…it’s a clear signal that he is already a dead man walking.

Perfectly said Larry. Turnbull is toxic and the worst PM. If the Liberals do not see it then they deserve to go. How sad for all of us and this beautiful Country.

As a branded ‘DelCon’ by Miranda ‘I love Mal’ Devine, it comes as no surprise Turnbull is a dud. He always was! Devine, Savva, the Press Gallery, ABC , Fairfax, you name it they backed him and all because they were terrified of Abbott and thought Mal would be more to their liking. Trouble is, he wasn’t to my liking or the thousands of other loyal Liberal Voters who were horrified that their Party could do a ‘Labor’ on their own Leader. After 34 years of voting Liberal, I walked away and joined Aus Conservatives because I won’t vote Liberal again until Turnbull, Bishop and a good few more like Pyne are gone. Thanks Liberal Party - for nothing!

Turnbull reminds me of "Flash Harry" the wheeler dealer in the St. Trinian's movies I hear that music whenever I look at his smug face.

My worst nightmare would be for Bishop to be PM. She is useless, irresponsible, gutless and wasteful. She throws our money around like confetti. Dutton would be the best replacement .

I am a member of the LNP, but I can't support the federal party in any way while Malcolm Turnbull and the Black Hand Gang are in control. I can't bring myself to voting Labor either. My options for the next election are informal or voting for all the minor parties starting with the Conservatives and putting LNP just before Labor and Greens. O for optional preferential voting.

no.............that's sad. really really sad.........I'm being sincere

..........but I still get a good larf all the same :)))))))))))))))))))))))))).

Bugger the "Parliamentary" representatives for the New World Order, Is there one person who represents Australians. It ain't the likes of Turnbull and his ilk.

The UN’s plan to de-industrialise western civilisations and transfer wealth to rich people in poor countries begins to bear fruit !!
Unreliable renewables are the key to this ‘Green Dream’ and the nightmare that faces everyone.
As Maurice Strong said when explaining why he set up the IPCC and what it was to achieve
“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that .. the threat of global warming.. would fit the bill…. the real enemy, then, is humanity itself….we believe humanity requires a common motivation, namely a common adversary in order to realize world government. It does not matter if this common enemy is a real one or…. one invented for the purpose.” (Maurice Strong – speech to Club of Rome – and “invented” referred specifically to ‘Global Warming’)

“Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsiblity to bring that about?” . and those encapsulate what lies behind and is the reason for ‘Global Warming / Climate Change’ .
And as Ottmar Edenhofer, who co-chaired the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) working group on Mitigation of Climate Change from 2008 to 2015 stated:
“One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with the environmental policy anymore, with problems such as deforestation or the ozone hole …… We redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy ……….. the next world climate summit in Cancun is actually an economy summit during which the distribution of the world’s resources will be negotiated. “

Turnbull in denial and yet another bad call humiliating Barnaby in Parliament on live TV. Could have been said privately but no, Mal. had to try and get mileage out of it.

Turnbull the unbelievable must become a bad, distant memory - fast.

The Australian diplomat whose account of a 2016 conversation with embattled Trump campaign staffer George Papadopoulos prompted the FBI to formally open its Russia collusion probe has a decade-long, multi-million dollar connection to the Clinton Foundation.

The Hill reported that Alexander Downer — who at the time served as Australia’s foreign minister — helped launch a $25 million partnership between Australia and The Clinton Foundation to help fight AIDS back in 2006.

Not only was the initiative one of the single, largest charitable endeavors undertaken in The Clinton Foundation’s 21 year history — Australia was one of only four countries to pledge $25 million to The Clinton Foundation — but Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan now says that the FBI failed to alert Congress of Downer’s connection to the Clintons.

Congressman Jim Jordan says this new revelation shoots down claims made by House Intelligence ranking member Adam Schiff. He added the news further necessitates Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to probe the FBI and Justice Department’s handling of the initial counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign.

“Schiff made a big point of this in his memo and comments he’s made, where he said ‘the dossier wasn’t the most important thing they were investigating, and the catalyst for the Russian investigation was this Papadopoulos meeting,” the Ohio Republican told The Daily Caller. “Now we’ve learned, the thing they kept hanging their hat on was the Papadopoulos meeting with Ambassador Downer, and it turns out that Mr. Downer now had ties to the Clintons as well.”

“He arranged $25 million in contributions to The Clinton Foundation, and I believe that Downer arranged the meeting with Papadopoulos. It wasn’t just, ‘oh shazam, we’re in the same bar and this guy is just shooting his mouth off.’ It wasn’t a coincidence.”

Additionally, Jordan noted that the Downer news mirrors the same “pattern” of revelations pertaining to Fusion GPS’ infamous Trump dossier, compiled by ex-British spy Christopher Steele.

Most importantly, Jordan suggested that the new information raises questions about what exactly the Obama White House knew about the FBI’s investigation and when they knew it.

“We learned in July that the FBI had the dossier. And then we subsequently learned it wasn’t just the FBI who had the dossier, it was also the Justice Department, mainly Bruce Ohr. So it’s, like wait. The obvious question is now did the White House have it? Did Obama know? We don’t know the answer to that question. But the pattern suggests that those 10 questions that Devin [Nunes] sent to those 24 people a couple of weeks ago, and he got those first responses back on Friday, those 10 questions on the dossier are so important.” (RELATED: Nunes Presses Obama Officials On Steel Dossier)

Jordan also told TheDC that Sessions should appoint “someone outside the swamp” to serve as the second special counsel.

“Just pick someone from Oklahoma, Iowa, somewhere from the middle of the country. A well-respected, retired federal judge or some prosecutor who’s well respected to assemble a team and let them do it. I don’t see any other remedy. Mueller can’t expand his probe into this because he would be compromised,” he added. “It seems to me the only remedy is a second special counsel and then if you pick the right person there’s a chance at the conclusion there can be some type of closure and acceptance on the part of the American people. They want people held accountable”

Jordan and other Republican lawmakers have previously called for a second special counsel to investigate FISA court abuses used to obtain warrants for members of the Trump campaign. (RELATED: Jordan Demands Sessions Appoint Second Special Counsel)

“Remember this too,” he said during a Fox News interview last week. “Comey is gone. McCabe has left the FBI. Rybicki has left the FBI, former chief of staff. Jim Baker, general counsel at the FBI, has been demoted and reassigned. Lisa Page, has been demoted and reassigned Peter Strzok, former deputy head of counterintelligence, has been demoted and reassigned.”

“But we’re supposed to believe those top people at the FBI can investigate themselves?”

“It can’t work,” Jordan added. “So, appoint the second special counsel, Mr. Attorney General, and let’s get on with this and get answers to the American people.”

Downer — now Australia’s ambassador to the United Kingdom — originally reached out to the FBI in July 2016, two months after his meeting with Papadopoulos, when WikiLeaks released hacked emails obtained from the Democratic National Committee. The FBI formally opened its counterintelligence investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign in Russia shortly after Downer contacted the bureau.
