Larry Pickering

Four-time Walkley Award winning political commentator and Churchill Fellow, has returned to the fray over concern that the integrity of news dissemination is continually being threatened by a partisan media.

The FBI is not by statute allowed to disclose anything about a contender immediately prior to an election. So it’s incredible that yet another bomb has been thrown into this US election. But it is so critical to the outcome... and counting has already been underway for some time, so FBI Director James Comey, cannot now allow whatever is suspected to remain unknown for the final 10 days.

Whatever Hillary’s personal aid and constant companion, Islamic activist Huma Mahmood Abedin and her estranged weirdo husband, Anthony Weiner, have been up to is critical to the outcome and the aftermath of the election, no matter who wins. Impeachment from the moment after Hillary's swearing in ceremony is certain.

Congressman Weiner was forced to step down due to his predilection for texting young                                                                   girls pics of his donger.

If Hillary is forced to stand down, who replaces her? If it's Tim Kaine, Trump wins!

Hillary should have already faced a Grand Jury and a likely indictment by now, but Comey had refused to embroil the FBI politically and said, “No reasonable prosecutor would act against her”.

That was clearly an unreasonable judgment as a finding of “negligence” only was sufficient to convict her, “intent” was not a factor. But it was too late, Comey had already fomented a revolt within the ranks of the FBI.

When sleeping I always leave one ear on the Fox Channel, and the major shock that sat me upright was around 2am. The aftershocks from that tectonic shift will be felt at least once a day until November 8.

James Comey would not have sent that letter to Congress advising that he was reopening the Clinton email case unless it involved a major disclosure, and way beyond anything disclosed so far.

You could hear the cries of dismay coming from the sets of CNN and ABC as Trump momentarily appeared the better option. This one is a smoking cannon and could be enough to sink the hitherto unsinkable Hillary.

Will the FBI throw off the stench of J. Edgar Hoover and earn itself the reputation of the only honest Government Agency prepared to help rid Washington of its ingrained corruption?

Is this the miracle of all miracles... is there really a god after all?

Paul Howes Partner and Head of Wealth Management Advisory at KPMG ..WTF

The FBI is prohibited by the Hatch Act (whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials of that branch, from engaging in some forms of political activity) from disclosing anything about a contender immediately prior to an election ... so FBI Director James Comey cannot - FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES now introduce anything new. But while under oath and under penalty of of perjury, Director Comey undertook to advise the House Committee of any developments in the course of the ongoing criminal investigation of Missus Clinton. And the discovery of a previously undeclared and effectively hidden stash of more than 650,000 eMails is surely that "development!" -- Dick!

WTF is going on? Has the mental home let the inmates internet access?

Easy to see why ALL NZ does not want or probably allow the likes of Mr Ugly Bugger to return to NZ.

Country Bloke: Cream floats to the top of milk while with humans it's the dross of society that forms a scummy surface hiding the ordinary decent blokes who built this country and who fought in dreadful wars to safeguard our way of life. Yes, a few useless politicians are guilty of trashing our right to free speech but the groundswell of ordinary Australians opposing them will win out and in time we will see the country back on track, so take heart!

Sorry people - felt the need to share this earlier response to a CS post earlier: Concerned.Senior Mon 31 Oct 2016 06:27:18 pm
I got a lot more than 10 strokes of a cane at school, mostly on my fingers, and now I have arthritis in those joints. Got a few across the bum as well but it still works.

CS, mine were mostly from Killer Stephenson, Geography. After cadets one Friday we gained entry to his classroom - window lock slightly off latch - wonder how? - He found his canes cut into 1" sections rolled back into his maps where he kept them.

One of he most delightful places on the planet is situated up in the Burra Mountains of Yemen, and the current war will eventually reach them.

For some stunning photos of paradise before the approaching storm, clink on:

Keep us informed PickiLeaks. Objectors will speak out. Stoney is OK in my book.

willone WAS NOT stoney, stoney has always had the same name here, in some variation or another because he has been set up as well and banned and God bless him, he always comes back as stoney.

"Why are people so unkind?"

Runs for seven seconds.

Yemeni prison: Saudi-led airstrike kills at least 60

Saudi Arabia intervened in the Yemen conflict to fight Houthi rebels and restore ousted Sunni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to power in March 2015. The intervention has so far claimed the lives of at least 10,000 people, including almost 4,000 civilians, according to the latest UN figures.

The majority of victims are killed in airstrikes. Since the beginning of the conflict, there have been reports of Saudi jets targeting schools, hospitals, marketplaces, and other civilian buildings.
The Saudis [are] conducting this [war] with the full support of the United States, [using] US satellites and British missiles. American fuel and jets are the only reason that gives the Saudis power to reach different areas in Yemen, the only reason for which the Saudis can cover the whole country and [impose] their blockade. The Saudis were elected twice during the war in Yemen as a member of the UN Human Rights Council... I think this is [one of] the main problems we have with the international community," Albukhaiti said.
Saudi Arabia, a member of the Council since it was created in 2006, was successfully re-elected to the UNHRC on Friday. Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International produced a joint statement earlier this year condemning Saudi Arabia for "an appalling record of violations" and "possible war crimes" in Yemen. The two organizations called for the country to be suspended from the UNHRC - but to no avail.
Comment: Saudi Arabia is not being held accountable for its atrocities in Yemen, supported and supplied by the US and UK. In addition, the UN is providing cover for its war crimes against the Yemeni population by, once again, awarding it a position on the UN Human Rights Council. Human wrongs! It appears there is no standard at the UN that can't be bought by power, greed and agenda. It is owned.

I wondered where willone had gone. He'd give me sh!t but in a good way.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- House Speaker Paul Ryan is under fire from fellow Republicans upset with his messy political divorce from Donald Trump, with some threatening an effort to oust him.

Bruce Whiteside is one quarter of the 'injudicious four' that he names on his website, the other three are as named above.

Is there an Australian Pat Condell out there?

Six days old, worth watching.

There is another account she took mike of the shire, the original Frank is back gave up and left - another one of their targets. Now they have made up another one added the full stop(we've all seen that before) and uses it to taunt left poster and for the puerile comments above. Remember willone? They used willsgone to taunt him after they had him binned, another who gave up and walked away and there are others - plenty of others. This is what the 'injudicious four' do.

Stocking stuffer,
I'm getting mixed messages.
OK, I'll have a kilo of chocolate.

The only difference is that Pickering knows what is going on now and doesn't bin everyone you set up, then send him a barrage of emails telling him to ban them. He would have been filthy to know what you's did to waldo and he has been reading and he understands now what is going on under his guard on his site. Why do you think he had that direct swipe at Whitegutz the other day on the Hinch story.

..............and I have no time for Kiwis anyway.

It's all too much for me, I wish you all the best.
