Great social comment Larry. It seems that you have a good deal of experience with Adelaide culture. As an old Adelaidean (lived in Malaysia for 20 years} and previously involved in politics, I have trouble adjusting to South Australia when I go back there. I always feel at home in the bush, but run into brick walls in Adelaide. South Australians, 60%, believe the world owes them a living and that others should pay for everything. The moron mentality is so pervasive that my friends are shifting out. One close friend, of ninety years age, sold his house and shifted to Cummins on the Eyre Peninsula just to get out of Adelaide. This all began during the time of Don Dunstan and has continued to grow exponentially. The moron that runs SA at the moment will probably be re-elected because he will promise more bread and circus as his manifesto.

Ha..! You are in top form Larry.
