The Press gallery again completely missed the main game. Slipper certainly did not do the right thing. He was forced into resigning via a deal with Windsor and Oakeshott.
Ever the grandstander, Slipper underscored the obvious and resigned. Except it wasn’t obvious to Gillard as she desperately distracted from Abbott’s motion by turning her empty guns on his “misogyny” once again.
Thought I’d snap a cold beer last night and listen to Chris Smith interview Jenna Price on 2GB. It was one of the strangest interviews I have ever heard.
Two companies, subsidiaries of the Reserve Bank of Australia, “Securency” and “Note Printing Australia”, have been paying millions in bribes to Vietnamese crook, Colonel Anh Ngoc Luong. The Colonel is a well known bagman for top Vietnamese Government officials.
Former Federal President of the ALP, Michael Williamson, will no doubt become a guest of her majesty in due course. The trouble is that “due course” will take years and buckets more full of stolen HSU members’ funds. Union members’ $20 million in hard sweat is lost forever with the assistance of Craig Thomson.
Tomasso had picked his two older girls up from the airport and all was well. They were tired but settled and appeared to be looking forward to getting home from the long flight and reuniting with their two younger sisters.
It’s hard to blame McTernan when he has an open record of sexually defaming innocent politicians. His MO holds no secrets as to what he does and to whom he does it. The ALP knew very well what his disgusting methods are. And Gillard co-opted him for one reason only: To falsely defame a formidable opponent, Abbott.
The stupid orchestrated ALP claim that Abbott has a problem with women is emblematic of a desperate attempt to soil a cleanskin.
Section 574 of the Italian Criminal Code “Illegal Retention of Children” was flagrantly abused by Australian Embassy Officials in Italy.
Obama failed on one major issue Americans will not ignore. He failed to sustain eye contact with Romney. Whenever he was confronted he looked down and did not hold his gaze.
Tragic plane crashes because of cloud (which apparently this one was) can be avoided in non-IFR aircraft. When unexpectedly engulfed in cloud: First do not descend. Do a 180 degree turn. If the cloud has closed in behind you climb to 10,000ft. You cannot hit anything there and you can still breathe. Then ask Brisbane approach for a vector into Maroochydore or Brisbane airport. It seems operations were normal at the time the aircraft encountered cloud so fuel endurance should have been enough for even an alternate. We will never know but a crash is nearly always due to pilot error. Strange for a pilot of his experience.
A simple question to a child that simple magistrates have never grasped. Invariably, the child’s answer to this question without hesitation will be, “BOTH”... and that should be the basis of all judgment.
Not sure what radio station it was now but I did say about four months back that there was only one way this disaster could end: “These poor girls must return to Italy.”
Alan Jones is sitting at home organising another program on 2GB with a grin from ear to ear.
The ALP is still in a muck lather, excited at the prospect that it could castrate its most strident critic.
